Agreement & Specification
Once planning is secured, we formalise the details via a sale agreement and JCT agreement, covering specification, house types, build programme, and sequence.
Technical Approvals
All conditions are discharged and technical approvals obtained to ensure a smooth path to construction.

Starting on Site
